Our client, a growing professional services organization , is seeking an Administrative Assistant with Recruiting Experience to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant , you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the Recruiting and HR Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , exceptional organization , and a proactive mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

Administrative Assistant - Recruiting Support

Location:

Wichita, KS (Onsite/Hybrid-customizable)

Pay Range:

$20-$25 based off experience

What's the Job?

Provide daily administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers

Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage candidate communications

Assist with applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and reporting

Prepare onboarding materials and support new-hire processes

Maintain organized documentation, files, and recruitment-related correspondence

What's Needed?

2+ years of administrative experience; recruiting support preferred

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong customer-service approach when interacting with candidates and internal teams
