Key Responsibilities

· Process membership cancellation requests accurately and within required timelines using Oracle, Salesforce (SFDC), and internal cancellation trackers.

· Maintain and organize member files within shared drives, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

· Process agreement changes in Sales Optima, SFDC, and Oracle.

· Manage and process FBC+ cancellation requests in accordance with internal policies.

· Handle member inquiries related to cancellations, billing issues, account updates, and refunds, providing timely and professional support.

· Process member refunds with a high level of accuracy and compliance with accounting guidelines.

· Participate actively in team discussions, meetings, and process-improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting using QuickBooks or Oracle.

· Strong problem-solving abilities with knowledge of basic accounting principles.

· Excellent documentation abilities and attention to detail.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

· Self-starter with a high level of independence, accuracy, and a "can-do" attitude.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing processes or priorities.

· Experience with data entry, record keeping, and general computer operations.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.

· Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.

· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-based environment

Pay Details: $21.13 per hour
