As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, support access points, and communicate clearly while documenting observations. Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards and maintenance concerns.

Monitor access points such as gates, doors, and loading dock areas, verifying credentials and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disturbances, suspicious activity, and medical situations, and escalate to site leadership and/or local responders as required.

Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts, and preserve information relevant to investigations when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security experience.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
