Pay: $25-$28/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled hands-on operations champion who focuses on increasing customer satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower and materials, with safety as the number one priority. This role requires strong leadership abilities to foster and maintain harmonious working relationships with company employees. The individual will play a significant role in both short- and long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence. They will ensure increasing levels of customer satisfaction while enhancing the efficiency of resources and will monitor performance through company reports.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive problem-solver, identifying, analyzing, and developing solutions to problems while thinking in terms of contingency plans.

Develop and maintain capacity planning strategies to ensure schedule attainment.

Lead meetings, determine performance standards, and achieve company goals and objectives.

Maintain industry, professional, and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications.

Train, coach, and mentor associates, supervisors, and other direct reports, ensuring subordinates support related initiatives for their employees in accordance with company management policies.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in machine operation, production, and mechanical inclination.

Proven experience as a production lead with supervisory skills.

Minimum of a high school degree, with some college education preferred.

5+ years of progressively responsible experience, including scheduling and real-time operations management.

Strong experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment.

Lean Manufacturing experience.

Demonstrated Change Management leadership skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
