Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Wealth Management Technology department supporting high-level management and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project execution, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle within a scaled Agile framework.

Collaborate with high-level management to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives.

Oversee project financials, ensuring adherence to budget and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope.

Implement and support enterprise change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.

What's Needed?

Proven experience working directly with high-level management in a fast-paced environment.

Strong background in Agile project management methodologies.

Experience with end-to-end program and project management within a scaled Agile framework.

Ability to manage project financials and ensure compliance with enterprise change management policies.

Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
