Job Title: Bible Media Group (BMG) Global Partner Lead
Reports To: Vice President, BMG

Job Summary
The Global Partner Lead for BMG is responsible for advancing global distribution, strategic partnerships, and major partner engagement to expand BMG's reach and resources worldwide.
This role blends high-level global sales leadership, distribution strategy, and deep relational partner care. The Global Partner Lead serves as both a strategist and an ambassador, representing BMG to donors, networks, denominations, distributors, and global ministry partners, while ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, priorities, and KPIs.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of sales and partnership leadership experience, exceptional interpersonal and "bedside manner" skills, comfort in cross-cultural environments, and a strong willingness to travel frequently both domestically and internationally. Established relationships and a robust professional network within the Bible engagement ecosystem are highly desirable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Global Distribution & Strategy (Bible Media Group Focus)
Develop and execute a comprehensive global distribution and partnership strategy for Bible Media Group media initiatives, aligned with organizational goals, vision, and mission.
Extensive knowledge of Bible Media Group practices and available/developing projects and resources, including but not limited to Lumo Project Films and partner resources.
Work closely with the President and Leadership team to expand the distribution of Lumo Project Films (existing and future) in the United States and globally.
Lead efforts to broaden reach within:
U.S. Latino and Black churches
Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant denominations
Global diaspora communities
Identify and evaluate new international distribution channels, partnerships, and market segments.
Assess opportunities where B2C distribution models may complement existing B2B strategies.
Support the development of derivative products and supporting materials needed to advance distribution objectives.
Champion intellectual property stewardship while creating scalable, market-ready media solutions.
Partner Development, Sales & Advancement
Lead major partner cultivation, acquisition, and stewardship efforts for individuals, churches, organizations, and global networks.
Successfully manage a portfolio of major partners, ensuring strong partner health through consistent, intentional communication.
Increase giving and engagement from existing partners in alignment with annual goals.
Reactivate lapsed partners and onboard new major partners through proactive relationship development.
Personally acquire new major partners through direct outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Guide partners along a clear pathway of Value Development, aligning their passions with Bible Media Group initiatives.
Ensure each partner experiences:
At least three meaningful connection points annually
At least one personalized acknowledgment or resource tied to their giving history
Ambassador, Representation & Internal Collaboration
Serve as a Global Ambassador for Bible Media Group at conferences, partner meetings, gatherings, and events.
Represent organizational priorities, voice, and values with clarity, warmth, and credibility.
Create mutually beneficial value exchanges between content owners, distributors, donors, and ministry partners.
Coordinate proactively with functional and geographic leaders to ensure @contextualized, culturally appropriate strategies.
Collaborate in workgroup settings to design and execute Advancement and distribution strategies.
Leverage senior leadership, VPs, and ministry staff to enhance partner experiences and outcomes.
Provide executive briefings and regular updates to leadership on partnership development, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales, partnership development, global distribution, or relationship management
Demonstrated success driving growth (financial and missional) in complex or international environments
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Strong understanding of global media, ministry, or inspirational content markets
Knowledge of intellectual property considerations and international distribution impact
Experience working cross-culturally and across diverse stakeholder groups
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom).
Experience with CRM and project management platforms.
Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (including Acrobat Pro) preferred.
Experience with Mac iOS environments preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence and bedside manner.
Strategic, analytical thinker with strong execution ability.
Confident communicator and public speaker.
Highly relational, collaborative, and culturally adaptable.

Work Environment

Frequent domestic and international travel required
Full-time role, primarily Monday-Friday, with flexibility for:

International time zones
