Custom HVAC Unit Assembler - Build High-Tech Equipment for the Data Center Industry $20-$26/hr

You'll assemble custom HVAC units from the ground up, work with a variety of tools, and support a clean, organized shop environment. As your skills grow, you'll have the chance to step into additional assembly areas and expand your mechanical expertise.

What You'll Do

Assemble custom HVAC and chiller units designed for national data center clients

Use hand tools and power tools to perform high-quality mechanical assembly

Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and build instructions

Assist with general shop tasks including sweeping, organizing, and shrink-wrapping units for shipment

Support other assemblers by keeping the workspace clean, safe, and efficient

Work collaboratively in a tight-knit, positive, team-oriented environment

What Makes You a Great Fit

1-2 years of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or hands-on production experience

Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and power tools

Ability to read basic drawings, prints, and schematics

Experience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal, or commercial mechanical systems is a plus

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to give a crisp, confident high-five when needed

This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
