ACI certification ? Experience directing and managing multiple crews ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, and construction management software ? Ability to mentor and develop team members ? Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Position Requirements ? Minimum of 10 years of experience in the concrete industry ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings ? Strong organizational and communication skills ? Ability to implement and manage job site schedules and budgets ? Ensure job site safety and regulatory compliance ? Clean driving record ? Strong accountability and problem-solving skills ? Team-oriented mindset Strong Working Knowledge Of: ? Material quantity calculations and ordering ? Forming and pouring concrete ? Concrete finishing, including slabs to hard trowel finish. ?
