We’re seeking a creative individual who thrives on defying convention. We are looking for a dedicated Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team.

Compensation:

$21 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:

Create engaging videos and display content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Ensure all ads align with the firm’s brand voice and trust-driven positioning
Help grow our online community and boost engagement
Capture behind-the-scenes firm culture and client success stories
Schedule posts, track performance, and pitch fresh ideas

Qualifications:

Skilled with Canva, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok trends
2+ years running social campaigns (MetaComfortable in a fast-moving, creative environment
A strong writer who can match tone and brand
Passionate about helping others and having fun doing it
Able to provide portfolio work at the time of the interview
Tolerant of a wide variety of viewpoints, including conservative ones.

Heuser & Heuser, LLP is a Veteran-owned personal injury law firm serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas for over 35 years. We are a patriotic business and love America and Southern Colorado.

Today, the firm continues under the leadership of founder Gordon Heuser, alongside partner Brennan Heuser, a Colorado Springs native and combat veteran. Brennan’s military experience drives our veteran-owned firm’s commitment to service, justice, and a clear understanding of complex injuries and medical systems. Together with partner Shannon Colt, our leadership team maintains the firm’s long-standing dedication to excellence.

We have a robust marketing department and are looking to expand our social media presence, particularly with video and graphic design.

You will gain significant experience working here in a cut-throat industry that is constantly adapting to new tech and trends.
