Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 4 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 4, you will be part of the Business Support department supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Redmond, WA

18 Month Contract

$25-$28/hour

What's the Job?

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management and scheduling.

Coordinate and prepare agendas for meetings, including logistics and material distribution.

Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives and teams.

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, vendors, and interns.

Plan and execute morale and team-building events, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
