Now Hiring : Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Honolulu, HI 96814

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Job Description:

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations during an employee's sick leave. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable efficiently managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position with no defined end date, as it will continue until the employee returns from sick leave. The start date is immediate.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.

Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with customer inquiries.

Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.

Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
