Must be an organized, detail oriented and deadline driven individual with experience in managing accounts receivable operations.

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account reconciliation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; professionally interact with customers and coworkers.

Ability to multi-task several projects at the same time while maintaining accuracy.

Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsible for maintaining and improving cash flow through timely collections and dispute resolution.

Assist with customer credit evaluations and payment term recommendations.

Work with Sales/Customer Service/Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.

Experience working with customer payment methods including check, ACH, credit card, and EDI transactions.

Perform collection calls and follow-up communications to ensure timely customer payments.

Essential Functions:**

Manage the daily operations of the accounts receivable function

Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts

Perform collection calls and resolve delinquent accounts professionally

Resolve billing disputes and short payments efficiently

Update and monitor Corporate AR Tracker for customer NSF payments daily

Prepare AR Workout and Unresolved Return Items files and review with Credit Review Committee weekly

Responsible for providing timely and accurate information to Accounting Department

Prepare and review accounts receivable aging reports

Develop strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow

Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Support audits and financial reporting requirements

Technical Abilities:

Accounting software experience (ERP systems preferred)

Microsoft Excel (strong proficiency required)

AS/400 (But will train, if applicable)

Knowledge of invoicing, payment portals, and credit management tools

Strong data entry accuracy and reporting skills
