Basic Job Functions:

The Accounts Payable Clerk supports accounting operations by managing day-to-day accounts payable activities and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end close processes while ensuring efficient and reliable payment operations.

Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):1. Maintain all facets of the accounts payable system2. Review and process vendor invoices3. Ensure timely and accurate payments are made to vendors4. Work with vendors, requisitioners, and purchasers to resolve payment issues5. Assist Accountants with month-end close responsibilities6. Cross-train with Accounting Department teammates to provide coverage and support7. Perform other clerical or administrative functions related to Accounts Payable, AccountsReceivable, Accounting, and Human Resources as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Computer skills Experience using Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
