Recruiting and Marketing Ambassador

Manpower is looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing & Recruiting Ambassador for our Health Care Client.

Responsibilities:

Brand representation, act as the face and voice of the agency, representing its values and mission.

Attend and contribute to marketing events, such as community education, blood pressure clinics etc.

Interact with customers, listen to their feedback and provide information.

Promote services through various channels, face to face, online etc.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers, industry professionals and potential employees.

Strong communication skills

Creation of marketing items, flyers, promotional materials.

Able to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues.

Thoroughly understand the agency's service

Value and adhere to the goals and policies of the agency.

Follow all regulatory and privacy policies of the agency.

Maintain confidentiality of the Agency trade secrets, marketing plans and patient information.

Utilize and follow authoritative guidelines.

Utilize appropriate agency forms and procedures as directed.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school grad or GED Required

Be a positive influence in patient and co workers lives.

Maintain a current drivers license.

Active state mandated insurance coverage.

Expertise in computer applications related to marketing

Have an understanding of procedures involved in recruitment

Have an understanding of the agency's interactions with the community.

Have a working Knowledge of health care and its delivery.

Physical demands:

Able to sit. Stand. Walk for up to 4 hours at a time.

Repetitive bending and reaching up for 5 hours a day.

Average vision and hearing.

Manual dexterity skills to include repetitive use of hands, fingers and grasping.

Able to lift 25 pounds from floor to waist.
