How will you make an impact in this role?
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and Co-brand cards.
Within Small Business Marketing, the Customer Growth Marketing Team focuses on deepening engagement with existing customers to accelerate growth across our Small Business portfolio. The Senior Analyst, Customer Site will play a key role in supporting end-to-end marketing activities for business banking products on amex.com with a focus on optimizing site experiences to drive customer adoption and mid-funnel acquisition.
This role will support the execution and optimization of site journeys by managing creative development, testing and optimization efforts, compliance reviews, and performance reporting. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Analytics, and Technology to deliver seamless, data-driven customer experiences that advance business priorities and improve conversion for our site channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution and ongoing optimization of digital site journeys for business banking products.
Manage day-to-day marketing execution including creative development, testing, compliance approvals, and deployment.
Partner with analytics to monitor performance metrics and translate results into insights that will inform optimization opportunities.
Support test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B testing and journey enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, data-driven, and compliant site experiences
Support monthly performance reporting, channel forecasting, insights synthesis, and documentation of risks and opportunities - striving for monthly forecast accuracy versus plan.
Ensure all site marketing activities align with enterprise standards for operational excellence
Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and customer research to support go-to-market strategies and product roadmap development.
Minimum Qualifications
Digital or Product Marketing experience required
Bachelor's Degree required
Creative thinker who develops innovative, actionable solutions and can work in white space
Strong communicator & self-starter
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
Robust analytical skills; translates data into insights
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; Able to manage multiple priorities, meet timelines, and operate effectively with agility
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team
Experience interfacing across technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Strong presentation and data storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with various web analytics, optimization, and tagging platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
1 years of experience within a role focused on analytics, ideally website and marketing analytics
Qualifications
Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
