As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and outstanding customer service. You will support a caring team that values integrity, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving, while staying agile and reliable as you document activity and assist with security-related needs across the location.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Perform armed patrol duties as assigned, maintaining a professional presence and following all post orders and use-of-force guidelines.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.

Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Monitor access points and lobby and/or ATM areas as applicable, helping to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.

Possess 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.

Customer service experience is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
