Description We are looking for a skilled Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law to join our team on a contract basis in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive client information. You will play a vital role in supporting legal processes and ensuring timely case management.

Responsibilities: - Conduct client intake interviews and maintain accurate tracking of client details and case progress. - Analyze and review medical records to gather relevant information for case development. - Draft legal demands and other required documentation to support case proceedings. - Order accident reports and compile evidence essential to personal injury cases. - Manage case files with precision, ensuring organization and accessibility. - Maintain timeliness in completing assigned tasks and adhering to deadlines. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure responsiveness and reliability. - Utilize case management software to streamline litigation processes and track case status. - Collaborate with attorneys during trial preparation and discovery phases. - Assist in civil litigation procedures, including document drafting and filing.

The pay range for this position is 22 to 27. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Proficiency in handling discovery, civil litigation, and trial preparation.

Strong knowledge of case management software and tools.

Experience with drafting legal documents and accident reporting.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.

Reliable and responsive, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
