Responsibilities

[Research, evaluate, and prepare technical accounting memos on a

[Lead the quarterly and annual goodwill and intangible asset

[Oversee the implementation of new accounting pronouncements,

[Support the company\'s internal control framework by developing

[Review complex, non-standard journal entries and significant
