Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

This position involves performing a variety of tasks in a medical device distribution facility, including picking and packing orders, inbound receiving, and ensuring inventory integrity. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Receive and verify products, ensuring they are warehoused to the assigned location.

Ship customer orders and maintain inventory integrity.

Participate in physical inventories and cycle count activities.

Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, such as loading and unloading freight.

Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized manner.

Essential Skills

Experience as a picker, packer, or runner in a distribution setting.

Proficiency in general labor tasks and familiarity with GM, SOP, and RF scanners.

High degree of accuracy in order selection to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience in a regulated environment, such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated industries.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tolleson, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
