This role involves coordinating interviews, supporting the HR Manager, managing domestic shipping and receiving tasks, answering phones, and coordinating with the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews effectively and efficiently.

Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

Manage domestic shipping and receiving processes.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Coordinate activities with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

6+ months of customer service experience.

Experience in data entry.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

6+ months of coordinating experience.

Administrative support experience.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburg, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
