Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our detail-oriented services team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to showcase your organizational skills while collaborating in a dynamic and client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excel in client interactions, and contribute effectively to team success.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Answer incoming calls and address client inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized records and documentation.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented experience.

Coordinate client engagements and support internal teams during project activities.

Prepare and deliver client reports in a timely and precise manner.

Collaborate with team members to foster a focused and productive work atmosphere.

Maintain a courteous and detail-oriented demeanor in all interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.

Strong ability to manage inbound calls and client communications effectively.

Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management tasks.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
