Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bedford Park, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting committees, workgroups, and various projects while utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide administrative support to committees, workgroups, and projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.

Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Independently research and resolve challenges, demonstrating resourcefulness and self-direction.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize conference calls with precision and efficiency.

Arrange travel logistics and prepare documentation related to import and export processes.

Plan and execute events, including badging and other logistical tasks.

Maintain strong attention to detail while managing high-volume workloads and tight deadlines.

Write, interpret, and communicate information effectively, adapting to various audiences.

Use Microsoft Teams for collaboration and task coordination.

Ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, showcasing excellent organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $25/hr. to $25/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively with minimal supervision.

Proven skill in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different @contexts.

Experience with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
