PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a senior-level Supply Chain Agent - CPSR & Global Compliance . This is a high-impact role for a seasoned compliance expert ready to own Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) readiness and global supply chain governance across complex U.S. Department of Defense programs.

Your Impact
In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind CPSR audit preparedness and execution, ensuring alignment with standards set by the Defense Contract Management Agency and regulations governed by the U.S. Department of Defense.
You will oversee compliance across 20+ global partner countries, maintain a comprehensive compliance matrix, and ensure seamless regulatory flow-down across Tier 1-3 suppliers supporting classified and non-classified defense contracts.
Your leadership will directly influence audit outcomes, risk mitigation, and the success of multi-million-dollar defense programs.

Salary Range: $106,000-$125,000 annually
Travel: Up to 25%
Mobility: Minimal relocation required
What You'll Do
CPSR Audit Preparedness
Conduct detailed gap analyses against DCMA CPSR checklists, FAR 44.3, and DFARS 244.3
Develop and maintain CPSR readiness documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit trails
Lead quarterly mock audits and self-assessments to ensure full compliance
Train procurement teams on CPSR best practices, including consent to subcontract and unauthorized commitment prevention
CPSR Audit Execution
Serve as primary liaison to DCMA Administrative Contracting Officers (ACOs)
Coordinate on-site/virtual audit walkthroughs, document submissions, and evidence gathering
Develop and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to closure within 90 days
Analyze audit results and implement process improvements
Global Supply Chain Compliance
Maintain and update a Global Compliance Matrix across 20+ countries
Conduct annual regulatory reviews and regional risk assessments
Support cross-border subcontract approvals and export control compliance
Ongoing Compliance Leadership
Monitor regulatory updates (CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171)
Ensure CPSR-compliant subcontracting for programs exceeding $50M annually
Generate executive compliance reports
Support ISO 9001/AS9100 certifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Aerospace & Defense supply chain
5+ years in A&D supply chain compliance, including 3+ years leading CPSR audit preparedness and execution
Proven successful CPSR audit outcomes (e.g., "Approved" rating)
CPSR subject matter expertise
Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for audit metrics and reporting)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Supply Chain or Compliance
CPSM, CPCM, NCMA CP, or CIPS certification
DCMA CPSR training (or completion within 6 months)
Experience with CMMC Level 2/3 flow-down requirements
Prior DCMA auditor liaison experience
AS9100 lead auditor certification
Knowledge of counterfeit parts mitigation (DFARS 246.870) and obsolescence risk management

Pay Details: $106,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
