Kelly® Engineering is seeking Planner for contract position at manufacturing client in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. If you're passionate about bringing the latest professional discoveries to life and are ready to take the next step in your career, trust.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of components and products.

Execute procurement activities, including the creation of purchase orders and management of supplier schedules.

Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and monitoring performance to meet quality and delivery objectives.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels, identifying and resolving any discrepancies to minimize shortages and excess.

Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment of operational requirements.

Analyze supply chain performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Demonstrated experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management (preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing sector).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
