The Digital Intern will support project delivery and digital initiatives by leveraging strong project management skills and a keen interest in technology. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience managing digital projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business goals.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities

Project Management: Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating digital projects to ensure timely completion and high quality outcomes

Technical Affinity: Demonstrate enthusiasm for understanding and learning about technology solutions and platforms commonly used in digital business environments

Communication & Collaboration: Work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and team members to gather requirements, share project updates, and resolve issues

Problem Solving: Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting digital solutions

Organizational Skills: Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports; help teams stay organized and on task

Adaptability: Show a willingness to learn new systems and tools as needed, adapting quickly to changing project needs and priorities

Initiative: Proactively seek ways to contribute to team success, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results

Qualifications :

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (or equivalent) with a business-focused degree (e.g., economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, human resources, etc.)

Highly motivated and adaptable, with a curiosity to learn real-world business and financial concepts

Self-driven, resourceful, independent, and willing to take initiative

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative style to working 1:1 or as a team

Basic project management and research capability

Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and high technical learning agility

Can maintain confidentiality and discretion

Must be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in Michigan - sponsorship and relocation / housing are not offered with these positions

Application Deadline: April 24 th , 2026

Duration: 11 weeks , 40 hours per week

Start Date: June 1 st , 2026

End Date: August 14 th , 2026

Hybrid - 2-3 days in the Troy HQ Office

Base pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
