Our client is a leading U.S. financial institution headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, operating a broad retail footprint with extensive branch and ATM coverage across multiple states. Rate: $58.00 to $68.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in equipment finance commercial leasing across originations, onboarding, servicing, and lifecycle management.
Apply functional expertise across equipment finance platforms and vendor systems.
Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to deliver integration initiatives.
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear system configuration and integration specifications.
Develop use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
Define UAT test scenarios, validate results, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
Configure vendor-based equipment finance platforms, including rules, workflows, and parameters.
Partner with vendor teams to troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize system utilization.
Support system integrations and ensure seamless data flows across enterprise applications.
Ensure adherence to system integration and configuration best practices.
Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements
5+ years supporting equipment finance commercial leasing across business and technology functions.
Previous experience with lease and loan origination software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, and data flows.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Exposure to commercial lending and/or leasing processes.
Experience working with vendor applications hosted on-premises and/or in cloud environments.
Proven experience supporting system integration initiatives within financial services or leasing environments.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong willingness to learn.
Previous experience within the equipment finance domain to support commercial leasing platforms.
Solifi (preferred).
Rapport front-end finance leasing tool (preferred).
LeaseWave (preferred).
