Position Overview
The Finance Director, FP&A leads financial strategy, planning, and alignment for Global MedTech EP&N, acting as the CFO's key partner.
Key Responsibilities for This Position Include but Are Not Limited To:
Comprehensive Financial Management for Global EP&N (+$5B Revenue) providing an integrated overview of commercial, supply chain, research and development, and transformation initiatives.
Lead consolidations and analysis on both a forecast and actual basis to understand main drivers of revenue and profitability, with a focus on margin expansion in close collaboration with cross-functional and regional partners
Conduct consolidation and analysis of financial forecasts and actuals to identify primary revenue and profitability drivers, with a focus on expanding margins across our strategic plan.
Conduct both external and internal benchmarking to enhance organizational value.
Promote value creation through cost improvement initiatives, capital investment decisions, product portfolio management, and asset reconfiguration activities.
Implement base business improvements to enhance simplicity and agility in planning and reporting, and strengthen the control environment.
Shape our Future Digital Finance model through execution of our technology roadmap with collaboration across MedTech Sector to improve efficiency and deliver value.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of Finance Managers and Analysts.
Foster professional growth for staff through actionable feedback, recognition, rewards, and support for development plans.
Ensure full compliance with SOX controls and all relevant compliance standards for processes.
Support the EP&N CFO with ad hoc analysis and coordination of financial requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial accreditations are strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams.
Preferred experience in strategic planning, innovation, supply chain, commercial, franchise sales analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals.
Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) strongly preferred.
Ability to influence and shape senior level business decisions effectively.
Strong understanding of systems and organizational landscape is preferred.
Ability to interact effectively in an international matrix environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and organizational levels.
Proven track record in influencing and leading peers and business partners, as well as interacting with senior management.
Excellent communication skills, including presentations, listening, and written communication.
Other:
Position is based in Irvine, California, with up to 10% domestic and international travel required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000- $258,750
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
