About the Team
This role supports the Marketplace business and reports to the Senior Director of Marketplace, with alignment to the U.S. eCommerce Finance organization. The team partners closely with WFS, Transportation, and Fulfillment Finance to drive operational and financial excellence across the Marketplace ecosystem. As a strategic finance partner, the team focuses on forecasting, analytics, business case development, and performance management to enable informed decision-making. The Director will play a key leadership role, helping shape financial strategy while influencing cross-functional partners to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do...
Own the financial strategy and performance for Walmart Fulfillment Services within Marketplace Finance, leading and developing a team of two
Serve as a trusted business partner to WFS leadership, contributing to strategic planning and operational decision-making
Lead forecasting and financial planning processes by analyzing expenditures, commitments, and business drivers; present assumptions and insights to senior leadership
Build robust financial models incorporating risks, assumptions, and growth scenarios to support executive-level business cases
Drive data-driven insights and analytics to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and influence operational improvements
Partner cross-functionally with Transportation and Fulfillment Finance teams to evaluate efficiencies and enhance operational performance
Simplify and communicate complex financial strategies through compelling presentations and clear executive messaging
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 7+ years of experience
3+ years of experience in analytics, financial planning, SQL, business management, or omni-channel merchandising
Strong background in Supply Chain Finance and eCommerce/Marketplace financial operations
Proven experience building and leveraging financial models to inform strategic decisions
Experience supporting senior leadership with decision-making and influencing outcomes
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business impact
Advanced organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
