Job Description

The Quadient sales team is a community united by one goal and strengthened by diverse perspectives, experiences, and skills. Here, you'll work alongside talented, driven colleagues in a culture where your voice matters and your ideas influence how we think and operate.

As part of our team, you'll collaborate with current and prospective clients to deliver personalized, market-leading technology solutions supported by proven sales methodologies-with room to bring your own approach.

Seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales professionals, coach talent, drive consultative sales.

Drive cross-sell opportunities across software, SaaS, hardware, and services

Use data and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and improve processes

Partner across departments to ensure aligned, effective execution

Communicate clearly during change and help maintain team engagement

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team

Qualifications

5+ years managing successful outside sales teams

Experience with consultative selling

Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Compensation package includes base (listed) + commissions
