The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,000-$110,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary.
Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Serve as a lead or manager for small projects.
Work closely with Public Affairs Managers to build relationships with the local community.
Serve as a key point of contact for site-related information and questions.
