Health & Safety Manager Needed!

Fully onsite role

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with some flexibility

?? Core Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of safety and environmental policies and procedures

Champion a proactive, people-centered safety culture

Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal/state EHS regulations

Develop and deliver engaging, memorable safety training

Analyze incidents, trends, audits, and workers' comp data to drive improvements

Partner with supervisors, managers, and production teams to elevate safety practices

Identify gaps and build new safety programs and systems

Engage directly with employees to promote awareness, accountability, and teamwork

?? Essential Experience

2+ years in EHS roles within industrial/manufacturing environments

Experience developing and delivering safety training

Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and loss-run analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of OSHA and EHS regulations

?? Preferred Qualifications

CSP highly preferred (we love it, but personality still wins)

CIH or other EHS certifications are a plus

Bachelor's degree

Experience building structured safety systems (training matrices, audits, etc.)

Experience improving safety culture in a manufacturing environment

Familiarity with digital safety platforms or LMS systems

Clean, well-lit GMP environment with required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, hair net)

Some areas may have noticeable scents from soaps and cleaning solutions

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
