Your role and responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Professional in Manufacturing Operations, you will support the overall end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring finished systems, solutions, and parts are delivered to clients. This role involves assembly operations, manufacturing processing, equipment operation, and parts handling, among other responsibilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Execute Assembly Operations: Perform assembly operations, manufacturing processing, and equipment operation according to provided procedures. This includes working with parts and product handling, clean room operations, and manufacturing line logistics.

Manage Inventory: Receive and manage inventory of parts from logistics providers, ensuring accurate tracking and storage.

Support Manufacturing Logistics: Assist with manufacturing line logistics, including material handling and shipping and returns.

Maintain Safety and Control Systems: Operate within safety guidelines and utilize control systems such as SAP to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Follow Procedures: Work independently according to provided procedures, supporting the organization's strategy and transformation efforts.

Required technical and professional expertise

Exposure to Manufacturing Operations: Familiarity with end-to-end manufacturing operations, including assembly, production, packaging, shipping, and returns.

Experience working with Equipment Operation: Knowledge of operating equipment and machinery used in manufacturing environments.

Understanding of Inventory Management: Basic understanding of receiving and managing inventory, including tracking and storage procedures.

Familiarity with Control Systems: Exposure to control systems such as SAP and their application in manufacturing operations.

Experience with Safety Protocols: Familiarity with safety guidelines and protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience

LEAN and AGILE Methodologies: Exposure to LEAN and AGILE practices in a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of how to apply these principles to drive transformation and improve efficiency.

DESIGN THINKING Principles: Familiarity with DESIGN THINKING principles and their application in a manufacturing setting, with the ability to utilize these principles to drive innovation and improvement.

Cloud and Data Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud and data technologies, including how they relate to manufacturing operations and the delivery of essential products and services to clients.
