Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.00 an hour

Contract position.

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Managing Outlook calendars for team members, scheduling meetings, and coordinating guest visits

Arranging travel, managing air/hotel reservations, and creating itineraries for assigned team members

Supporting reimbursement requests and expense reports

Managing office communications and collaborating across departments to plan events and support company initiatives

Providing back-up support for other administrators as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience (or equivalent education/experience)

Possess experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industries and strong administrative skills

Demonstrate advanced abilities with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research

Show independent judgment, initiative, strong communication, and relationship-building skills

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-centered environment and manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility
