Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at an education location, where you will monitor and patrol campus areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will support students, staff, and visitors with clear communication, strong customer service, and timely reporting of concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, classrooms, athletic areas, parking areas, and perimeter grounds, observing for unusual activity and reporting concerns per post orders.

Monitor access points and visitor entry processes as assigned, verify identification and/or authorization, and help to deter unauthorized entry while maintaining a professional presence.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including policy violations, medical calls, disturbances, and/or property concerns, and request additional resources when needed.

Complete detailed reports and logs regarding patrol activity, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
