As a Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout terminals, curbside areas, parking facilities, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as required by post orders, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management, lost and found inquiries, and/or service disruptions as directed.

Document patrols, incidents, and/or unusual activity in daily reports, and communicate clearly with site contacts, dispatch, and/or local first responders per site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
