General Summary
Responsible to manage supply chain systems for BioBridge Global and subsidiaries. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing supply chain processes, including planning process standardization, transporting, reverse logistics, and reporting. Will implement an effective and efficient approach to the overall improvement and development all planning activities such as: work schedules, processing orders, planning capacity requirements and working closely with all areas of Supply Chain to ensure effective service to improve operations and reduce cost. Train others on newly developed processes. Facilitate organizational excellence throughout the organization. Exhibit leadership and maintain knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements. Maintain knowledge of all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to perform effectively. Maintain excellent communication with all personnel.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
Develop, manage, and oversee designated activities for BioBridge Global and subsidairies. Duties to include:
Use independent judgment and/or knowledge to resolve highly compile problems.
Execute the full review and development of Master Scheduling, logistics, and production planning scheduling.
Develop Continuous improvement supply chain processes, monitoring/modifying supply chain system to ensure efficiency (Lean), including point of use, receipt, inspections, storage, logistics, capacity analysis and scheduling.
Evaluate/analyze product and process choices to ensure standardization, waste reduction production run time and no interruptions in production due to supply logistics events.
Develop KPI's for attainment to schedule, production and resources capacity vs production plan, flow of goods , customer service satisfaction and on-time deliveries or on-time lab results.
Competently perform all assigned departmental duties.
Ensuring all logistics and planning documentation is accurate and up to date.
Ensure goods are delivered in the right quantities, to the right customer and the right time supporting company plans, forecast and budget.
Key contributor of inventory process to improve inventory turns and reduce excess and obsolete materials.
Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and all company policies.
Perform complex analysis to define, identify, and document product specification consumption, forecasting, capacity planning, cost reductions, recycling, supplier selection, performance monitoring, and qualifications.
Prepare key indicator reports, identify data driven solutions, and continuously improve supply management activities with documentable cost reductions or process improvements.
Integrate supply chain system into information systems (new and current). Monitor staff and department performance. Train and/or mentor new employees.
Develop, initiate, and lead team-oriented work projects for the development of implementation of validations, process improvements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with strategic goals.

Education
Requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Preferred degree is in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Prefer a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience
Requires three or more years of experience for supply chain related activities.
Activities to include: Planning, Capacity analysis, Master Scheduling, scheduling, inventory management, warehouse Logistics, inventory pull methods, vendor relationship development, GMP/ISO supply management criteria, complex budgeting/cost analysis.
Prefer work related supervisory experience.
Knowledge
Must have the knowledge to lead the organization in the identification, design, implementation, management, and improvement of robust, cross-functional business processes that significantly improve management.
Must have a working knowledge of supply chain management planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
Must have a working knowledge of laboratory operations and supply chain management systems.
Must maintain knowledge of and perform according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. Must maintain familiarity of regulatory/quality compliance, to include FDA, EU, ISO, GHM, cGMP, OSHA, etc.

Working Environment
Works in a well-lighted air conditioned and heated laboratory/department. Laboratory consists of complex setting with robotic instrumentation. May be exposed to electrical, mechanical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to a laboratory environment. May be exposed to blood borne pathogens and other conditions common to a clinical laboratory environment. May have bodily exposure to refrigerator/freezer temperature, especially hands and face. Will work extended hours during peak periods. May be required to work any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend to include being on-call.
