Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join a family-owned property management business based in Sharon Center, Ohio. This long-term contract role offers the opportunity to support the overall success of our rental property operations through essential administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks associated with rental properties, including updating agreements and processing lease documentation.

Respond to tenant and client inquiries, providing high-quality service and information.

Accurately post payments and maintain well-organized financial records.

Answer and direct inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with receptionist functions, such as greeting visitors and handling office correspondence.

Contribute to maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure administrative processes operate efficiently.

Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures within daily activities.

Provide general support for additional office tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

Strong skills in data entry and managing detailed records.

Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

Ability to perform receptionist duties with attention to detail.

Familiarity with general office practices and administrative assistance.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
