Job Details $0.62 - $0.67 per mile Live stop pay: $85 per stop Drop/hook pay: $55 Detention: $20 - $28 per hour (after one hour) Hazmat load: $40 Driver load/unload: $45 Driver assist: $20 per hour Refused delivery: $55 Truck order not used: $35 Crosstown, empty move or empty search: $25 Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $20 per hour Safety training or roundtable meetings: $20 - $25 per hour Overweight rework: $20 per hour Reefer load: $40 Empty move per load: $25 Empty search per hour: $20 Scaling: $10 When a loaded container is taken 20% or moreout-of-route to scale after departure from the rail yard (delivery) or custome facility (pick-up). New hire training pay: $200 per day Holiday pay: $210 per day Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $90,000 Driver Benefits: ??
