As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. About the team:
The Member's Mark Community team partners closely with Sam's members and Product Development to co-create private label products that meet member needs. This team drives business impact by developing tools that enhance engagement and provide early product access. Focused on product strategy, roadmaps, and data-driven decisions, the team aligns customer insights with business goals. Members contribute to innovative solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve product offerings, delivering exceptional value through effective product management and a customer-focused approach.
What you'll do:
Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
Analyze product and feature data to derive insights, supporting data-driven decision making and continuous product optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build alignment and communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively.
Conduct customer research and journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities, enhancing product experiences and satisfaction.
Lead product development cycles using Agile methodologies, managing MVP creation, rollout, and iterative improvements.
Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and competitive positioning.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in product strategy development and roadmap management with strong project management skills.
Ability to analyze product and feature data using modern tools to drive data-informed decisions.
Expertise in stakeholder management, including effective communication and influencing across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and competitive technology landscapes to guide product innovation.
Strong understanding of customer needs, journey mapping, and process optimization to enhance product value.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and MVP creation to support iterative product development.
Capability to articulate product vision and align teams around strategic goals.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
