Posting Overview
The Finance Manager - Transformation Initiatives, Deliver will serve as a strategic finance partner to MedTech Deliver Transformation, supporting strategic programs that will transform Deliver into a competitive differentiator with a network of flagship distribution centers . This role will provide financial leadership, analytical rigor, and decision support to ensure initiatives deliver sustainable value while managing cost, risk, and execution complexity. This is a Duration Based role with duration of 18-24 months.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
-Act as the primary finance partner to program leaders for both transformation initiatives.
-Translate strategic objectives into clear financial frameworks, business cases, and success metrics.
-Provide fact-based recommendations to senior leadership to support investment and execution decisions.
Project Leadership
-Develop and maintain financial models evaluating network design options (e.g., footprint, capacity, transportation, service levels).
-Quantify trade-offs between cost, service, working capital, and scalability.
-Support capital allocation decisions, including IRR, NPV, payback, and risk analysis.
-Track benefits realization versus plan post-implementation.
-Lead financial analysis related to organization design scenarios.
-Partner with Deliver Operations and HR to model short-term and long-term financial impacts.
-Ensure costs, savings, and timing are accurately forecasted and communicated.
-Support compliance with accounting and disclosure requirements.
Financial Planning & Performance Management
-Integrate transformation impacts into forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
-Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial performance, risks, and milestone progress.
-Identify variances, risks, and mitigation actions early and proactively.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
-Support executive and steering committee updates with clear, concise financial insights.
-Ensure alignment across Finance, Operations, HR, Strategy, Supply Chain and Commercial.
-Maintain strong controls, documentation, and transparency throughout both initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA or CPA preferred).
A minimum of 7 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field is required. Previous Supply Chain Finance experience and successful track record preferred.
Strategic thinking, big picture orientation, transformational leadership.
Global mindset with sensitivity to regional nuances.
Strong, proven leader, influencer, change agent, and proven confidence in front of leadership.
Strong stakeholder management.
Strong business partnership with ability to collaborate and influence leaders at different levels, and in different functions.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively frame critical topics and facilitate relationship building with peers and senior leadership.
Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution capability and ability to drive data driven decisions.
This position is based in Titusville, NJ and is open to alternate US East Coast JNJ sites.
This is a Duration Based role with duration of 18-24 months.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000- $212,750
