Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist (On-Site)

Location: Menasha, WI

Schedule: Approx. 20 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; overtime possible with approval)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Menasha. This is an on-site, part-time position ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on accounts payable processes, including:

Creating and maintaining vendor records, payment terms, W-9 forms, and subcontractor Certificates of Insurance

Entering vendor/supplier invoices and credit card receipts into accounting systems

Communicating with vendors regarding discrepancies or to request invoices/statements

Preparing weekly Cash Requirements reports and submitting invoices to the Controller for payment

Reconciling vendor statements monthly, typically by the 10th of the month

Reconciling credit card statements and making payments before due dates

Assist the Controller with daily administrative and accounting tasks as requested

Utilize ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct software to accurately record transactions

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Proficiency in accounting software, particularly ServiceTitan and Sage systems

Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn and contribute new ideas

Punctual, reliable, and open to working additional hours or tasks as needed

Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced work environment

Demonstrates attention to detail, meets deadlines, and completes assigned work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Effective communicator and positive team player

Some post-college education along with relevant accounting experience required
