Coordinates multiple assignments without losing track of deliverables, quality, or deadlines to help secure new work while supporting the Suffolk Brand. Responsibilities Draft, edit and produce materials used in client submissions and RFQ/P responsesCreate effective section layouts, customize resumes/profiles, confirm team references, generate experience lists, request financial and/or legal informationWork closely with other marketing team members and coordinate with operations, estimating, leadership, and business development teams to manage timelines for production and packaging to meet submission deadlinesAnticipate proposal needs and find creative solutions to problemsSupport interview preparation and develop handouts, agend
