Bay Disposal an immediate opening for a multitasking Sales Supervisor to join our team at our Norfolk, VA location.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee the customer service department, Inside Sales and Broker representatives

Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures

Promote Waste Connections standard operating procedures, which assure efficient environmentally correct and safe workplace practices

Ensure that the sales programs are being implemented

Develop, motivate, and manage sales staff

Prepare bids, sales reports and track revenues

Interact with customers and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered

3 years directly related management expertise

Previous Sales Supervision experience

Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills

Management experience in a call center environment is preferred

Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
