Insight Global is partnering with a long-standing, mission-driven mutual insurance organization to hire 2 Insurance Sales Executives supporting the Ohio/Pennsylvania/West Virginia territories. This company has been operating for over a century, is certified as a B Corp, and is widely recognized for its exceptional culture, Midwestern values, and collaborative, non-competitive sales environment.

The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for driving regional growth across the Ohio/Pennsylvania/West Virginia territories through a targeted sales approach for voluntary insurance options for mid-size organizations (200-500 employees). This position blends business development, channel partner recruitment, and ongoing relationship management. You'll partner with brokers, agencies, and agents within the region to grow product adoption, open new markets, and support existing accounts.

This is a remote opportunity within the OH/PA/WV region with 25-50% travel to client sites as needed. We are paying $70k base with first-year OTE at $150k and standard OTEs between $200-500k for the tenured sales team. Please apply if you're interested!

Skills and Requirements

-Experience in external sales for worksite benefits (life, disability, voluntary benefits, or similar)

-Proven success prospecting and building relationships with agents and brokers

-Understanding of corporate worksite markets and distributor channels

-Ability to thrive in a smaller, mission-driven, B Corp culture
