Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Temple Terrace, Florida. This is a long-term contract position, offering a valuable opportunity to support a variety of administrative functions. The role involves collaboration with students, faculty, and alumni, making it an engaging and rewarding experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist with packing and organizing materials to support location transitions.

Serve as a point of contact for students and faculty, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.

Coordinate graduation-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth event execution.

Support planning and logistics for alumni events and activities.

Participate in enrollment and student services efforts, including scheduling and communication.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily tasks and reporting.

Maintain effective communication and coordination across departments.

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Adapt to occasional weekend shifts as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a similar organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in scheduling and managing events is preferred.
