The Director of Global Supply Chain Development & Profitability will manage alignment of tactical and strategic initiatives across the world areas to deliver best in class performance and profitability while also ensuring compliance, safety and social responsibility.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Multi-year Strategic Sourcing Planning that balances profitability, performance, resiliency and inventory impact. Including individual responsibility for Global Supply Chain Planning Cycle (Annual Planning Meeting & GSC Planning Block)
Support Emerson Planning Cycle: Profit Review, Board Meetings, and related business reviews
Profitability Improvement Process & Results including NMI Management and associated eSourcing Program, for both direct and indirect material.
Global SIOPs including the foundry RCCP process, and centralized communications for Pre-SOP and WW-SOP.
Global Initiatives Alignment & Implementation: NPD, Resiliency, Corp Responsibility, Perfect Execution, Supplier Development, Lead Time, Etc.
Develop and align multi-year global sourcing strategy for critical commodities and suppliers to support peak profitability, resiliency and best in class performance.
Collaborate with World Area Supply Chain Leaders and other Functional Leads to drive best in class cost savings and supply chain performance programs for Direct, Indirect, CapEx, and Logistics spend. Manage targets across this space and actively drive best in class process (KPIs, Parts Analysis, Inflation Model, E-Sourcing, Contracts Management, etc.)
Manage data gathering, analytics and deck generation for planning cycle with particular focus on Profitability Review and associated exhibits, but extending to support for all functional reviews and analytics.
Manage the implementation of global supply chain best practices and initiatives including new product introduction, supplier qualification, resiliency/risk mitigation, corporate responsibility, compliance, perfect execution, additive manufacturing, lean etc, and manage global best practices and process for same.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
10 years Supply Chain or Operations experience and/or MBA
Understanding of Flow Controls supply base, product portfolio, business systems, and exhibits
Management experience at a senior level/able to motivate and lead teams
Knowledge of Fisher Valves organization an advantage
Perfect Execution, Lean, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Material planning knowledge
