Summary You will serve as a Non-Nuclear Ship Systems Inspector in the Quality Certification Division, Quality Assurance Department of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. Responsibilities You will perform inspections and tests on non-nuclear mechanical, piping, and structural systems, including subassemblies and component parts related to deep diving submarines. You will participate in the conduct of audits and in-process surveillances, submit reports and recommend corrective action to discrepancies. You will inspect the layout of needed routing, placement, pitch, incline, or elevations of systems or equipment to achieve optimal results. You will conduct pretest and final inspections after systems and component repairs are complete. You will verify, witness, and document the installation and replacement of software and hardware as required by specifications.
