Typical work assignments include: Developing and implementing strategic plans and policies that directly impact the operations ELE, ensuring alignment with CBP's long-term goals and objectives. Overseeing administrative program management by developing, executing, and monitoring plans for a variety of functions supporting the attorneys and staff in ELE. Drafting formal correspondence, reports, and standard operating procedures; provides guidance on administrative matters; and supports office management in facilities, logistics, and budget formulation and execution, including acting as a Purchase Card Holder. Retrieving, reviewing and analyzing administrative reports and data from OCC and CBP information systems (e.g., CBP Financial Solutions, SAP, CCTS, Concur) to identify trends, refine methods, and support data-driven decision-making for ELE.
