Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Manager for a Steel Manufacturing Facility in Osceola, AR. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift paying $115-$130k/year. Please apply for immediate consideration.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Manager to oversee the shipping and warehouse operations for a steel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving processes, enforcing policies, and ensuring health and safety standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can train and support staff while fostering a positive team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee shipping and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.

Create and improve processes to reduce waste and delays.

Develop and enforce shipping policies and procedures.

Ensure health and safety standards are followed.

Train and support staff in all shipping areas.

Communicate short- and long-term goals to the warehouse team.

Collaborate with other departments to improve operations.

Supervise, train, and manage shipping staff.

Review daily shipping reports, solve problems, and prevent delays.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Plan schedules for shipping, vacations, and training.

Evaluate employee performance fairly.

Report security issues and protect confidential information.

Assign tasks clearly and ensure their completion.

Be present on-site regularly and on schedule.

Perform other duties as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management (industrial, manufacturing, or warehousing) preferred, OR 5+ years of supervisory experience in shipping/warehouse.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Solid knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and manufacturing operations.

Proven organizational and time management abilities.

Track record of planning ahead to ensure on-time shipments.

Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, Telia dashboard, and crane HMI systems.
