You will be responsible:
This role specifically, will support the J&J Global Supply Chain Services (Portfolio Operations& Strategy Team)
Portfolio Management & Operations:
Support Global Supply Chain Services Portfolio Operations & Reporting
Power Apps Portfolio Management (Data Integrity, User Training etc.)
Power BI Analysis / Visualizations
Technology Platform Roadmap (Power Apps and/or Other)
Project Management & Support:
Participate in the Shaping of future Next Generation Projects & Programs in support of Global Supply Chain Services strategy
Digital & Data Analytics Team Support:
Provide Support (Coding, Dashboarding etc.) to our SC Excellence Digital Team

Qualifications / Requirements:
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Digital & Data Analytics, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), Math (Statistics, etc.), Accounting / Economics / Finance, Engineering - Computer/ Software / Systems, Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, or related fields.
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
Knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel) is required.
Technology Platform Roadmap Power Apps, Portfolio Management (Data Integrity, User Training, etc.), Analysis, Tableau / Visualizations is highly desirable.
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.
Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals.
Participation in an Engineering Society is desired.
Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
